Kemampuan Merancang Perangkat Pembelajaran Untuk Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Pada Peserta PPG Daljab

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran luas kemampuan mahasiswa dalam merancang perangkat pembelajaran untuk Pendidikan anak usia dini. Penelitian survey dalam penelitian ini akan menmpilkan data angka-angka yang diperoleh dari penilaian dokumen perangkat pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan instrument penilaian yang telah ditetapkan oleh panitia Nasional Uji Kompetensi Mahasiswa Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PN-UKMPPG) Kementrian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan. Dalam penelitian ini Analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap. Pertama reduksi data, kedua mendeskripsikan, ketiga adalah membuat kesimpulan. Responden dari peserta PPG Daljab Tahap 3 Kelas A FKIP Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember tahun 2020 yang berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan menyusun RPP. Peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus 1 dengan skor 1.079 dan dari siklus 1 ke siklus 2 dengan skor 795. Total peningkatan dari pra siklus ke siklus 2 dengan total skor 1.868. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh cara belajar dan proses belajar, serta interaksi yang memadai antara dosen dan guru pamong pada proses pembelajaran PPG Dalam Jabatan tahun 2020.
