Jurnal  Pelita PAUD  is the aspiration of all PG PAUD Lecturers of STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, as a means to provide a forum for publication of works for teachers, lecturers and researchers in the field of early childhood education, Jurnal  Pelita PAUD   was founded in 2016 published by STKIP Muhammadiyah. Jurnal  Pelita PAUD  is published 2 (two) times a year. The editor-in-chief of the first PAUD Jurnal Pelita was led by Yenti Juniarti, M.Pd. PAUD Pelita Journal was first published in volume 1 No. December 1, 2016 with the print of ISSN 2548-6284, at that time the journal was established without standard rules because we did not understand as a journal recommendation, the article management process was still carried out offline and had not been carried out properly. Starting from Volume 2 Number 2 June 2018, since then Jurnal  Pelita PAUD  has tried to improve publications which was marked by changes in the editorial line which was originally chaired by Yenti Juniarti, M.Pd, replaced by Nika Cahyati, M.Pd. Changed the management of article editing and changed the journal template for the June 2019 edition and updated again the June 2020 edition in accordance with the Ristekdikti scientific accreditation guidelines, later in the issue of Vol. 6 No. December 1, 2021 was replaced by Chitra Charisma Islami as editor in chief.
Jurnal  Pelita PAUD is currently indexed by the Indonesian Publication Index Index, DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals) SINTA (Science and Technology Index), BASE (Bielefeld Academic Search Engine), Google Scholar, Indonesian Scientific Journal DataBase, Road (open Access), Garuda (Garba Reference Digital), Crossref, Scientific Literature. In December 2018, Jurnal Pelita PAUD has subscribed and become a DOI (Digital Object Identifier) ​​member of CrossRef.
