Improving the Quality of Millennial Students' Mathematics Learning Through Quipper Video
Abstract
Mathematics is one of the subjects most hated by most students globally, especially students in Indonesia. Most students hate mathematics because the learning method is very dull. This study aims to create an exciting and fun math learning technique by taking Quipper Video-based online tutoring. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis. The study was conducted on students of SMA Negeri 3 Majalengka who did online tutoring. The results of this study stated that (1) There was an increase in the mathematics learning process of millennial students in terms of outcomes, motivation, and aspects of learning plans. (2) The learning model in "Quipper Video" positively affects the quality of mathematics learning in students. (3) The students who became the research object were quite enthusiastic and participated in the mathematics learning process through Quipper Video. (4) Computer or android facilities support the creation of Quipper Video-based online mathematics learning (5) The lack of facilities and low motivation are inhibiting factors in the Quipper Video-based online mathematics learning process.
