Pelajaran Matematika sering diasumsikan sebagai mata pelajaran yang tidak menyenangkan, dan kadang menjadi momok bagi siswa bila dihadapkan dengan pembelajaran matematika, sehingga wajar akan timbul kecemasan dan bahkan ada rasa takut bagi siswa setiap akan bertemu dengan pembelajaran matematika. Apabila dihubungkan dengan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh pada kondisi pandemi covid 19 saat ini membuat siswa semakin tidak fokus untuk belajar matematika. Oleh karena  itu  diperlukan  upaya untuk menghilangkan gangguan kecemasan dan rasa takut terhadap  pembelajaran matematika dengan memberikan sugesti positif dan menyenangkan terhadap pembelajaran matematika dengan penerapanHipnoterapi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan modul Penerapan Hipnoterapi Terhadap Gangguang Kecemasan Belajar Mata Pelajaran Matematika dengan Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh Pada Siswa SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya., Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris penerapan hipnoterapi terhadap gangguan kecemasan. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilaksanakan karena dapat dijadikan bahan pertimbangan dalam proses penyembuhan gangguan kecemasan bagi para terapis. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian eksperimen. Data penelitian didapat dari observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Pada teknik observasi, peneliti datang untuk mengamati proses pembelajaran. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan wawancara dan memberikan kuesioner pada siswa. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara memberikan terapi hipnoterapi pada siswa. Data diperoleh dari pretest dan posttest

 

Abstract

Mathematics lessons are often assumed to be an unpleasant subject, and sometimes become a scourge for students when faced with learning mathematics, so it is natural that anxiety will arise and there is even fear for students every time they meet learning mathematics. When connected to the distance learning process in the current COVID-19 pandemic conditions, students are increasingly not focused on learning mathematics. Therefore, efforts are needed to eliminate anxiety disorders and fear of learning mathematics by providing positive and pleasant suggestions for learning mathematics with the application of Hypnotherapy. This study resulted in the Application of Hypnotherapy against Anxiety Disorders in Learning Mathematics Subjects with Distance Learning at SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya students. The population in this study were fifth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Sukamulya in the 2020/2021 academic year. The purpose of this study was to empirically prove the application of hypnotherapy to anxiety disorders. This research is important to carry out because it can be taken into consideration in the healing process of anxiety disorders for therapists. This research uses experimental research. Research data obtained from observations, interviews and questionnaires. In the observation technique, the researcher came to observe the learning process. Furthermore, the researchers conducted interviews and gave questionnaires to students. The research was conducted by giving hypnotherapy therapy to students. Data obtained from pretest and posttest
