Pengaruh Metode Latihan Dan Power Tungkai Terhadap Peningkatan Kecepatan Akselerasi Sprint

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari metode latihan assisted training dan metode latihan resisted traning serta power tungkai terhadap peningkatan kecepatan akselerasi sprint pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Muhammadiyah Kuningan. Penelitian ini menggunakan treatment by level 2 x 2. Sampel terdiri dari 56 Mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis varians dua jalur (ANAVA) dan selanjutnya dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey pada tingkat signifikansi ? = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1). Nilai kecepatan akselerasi sprint dari metode latihan assisted training  (A1) lebih tinggi dari nilai metode latihan resisted training (A2) mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Muhammadiyah Kuningan. (2). terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara metode latihan (A) dan power tungkai (B) terhadap peningkatan kecepatan akselerasi sprint. (3). Nilai metode latihan assisted training yang mempunyai power tungkai tinggi (A1B1) lebih tinggi dari nilai metode latihan resisted training yang mempunyai power tungkai tinggi (A2B1) pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Muhammadiyah Kuningan. (4). Nilai metode latihan assisted training yang mempunyai power tungkai rendah (A1B2) lebih rendah nilai metode latihan resisted training yang mempunyai power tungkai rendah (A2B2) pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi (PJKR) Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (STKIP) Muhammadiyah Kuningan.
